Yes those are Loco DLC assigned to a QD. You can edit and change to what you like in the consist builder. Then select the QD I created for you and you will run up from West haven on the Northbound Amtrak (track 2) and go all the way to Old Saybrook in the Snow :)

Consist Builder: Cannot load GE E-33 NH - EF-4 C&D
Am I missing a piece of DLC to use this route? I picked the NJT F40PH to do a test run
Disable Cab Control CTRL + D as the Tri-Light Penn Coal Signals are NOT supported and the cab control thinks the signal speed is Zero or Restricted and will keep slamming on the brakes. The BSRR is TS2013-2021 Compatible.
I created a QuickDrive for you:
1. Select Quick drive
2. Pick Your Loco/Consist (if you take the ACELA beware all the speed changes :)
3. BSRR -> Depart West Haven Portal Trk2 -> Destination: Old Saybrook
4. Select Winter and Daytime
Cheers!
