Immortal Rulers (3.10.*)

This mod adds two ruler traits, "Immortal" and "God-Emperor", to the game. Both make your ruler (and only your ruler) immortal. Both are obtainable via an event at game start. The "God-Emperor" trait gives additionally the following boni:

100 additional administration cap
2 Leader Skill Levels
2 Influence per month
25% bonus to the capacity of star bases and fleet
25% bonus to Unity
25% reduced edict cost
25% longer edict duration
10% to overall Research speed
10% Army Morale
5% Population Happiness


Due to request, it now contains a less OP Version of the God-Emperor with the following boni:

50 additional administration cap
1 Leader Skill Level
1 Influence per month
10% bonus to the capacity of star bases and fleet
10% bonus to Unity
10% reduced edict cost
10% longer edict duration
5% to overall Research speed
5% Army Morale
5% Population Happiness
