Description
An exchange of redirection cubes and lasers.

It's been a while since I've published a new chamber (not for lack of trying -- I've made at least a dozen attempts at chambers over the past few months that have all ended in messes of unfeasible and/or impossible puzzles or have downright not worked at all) and I'm happy to finally bring a new puzzle to the table. This one's a bit easier than some of my other stuff, but overall I'm satisfied with it. the solution is simple, just the position where the cube should put is too weird, bad position design

I like to have a decent range of difficulties for people who want to ease their way into stuff like Trenches and Solitude. This and Preparation are great starting points for players less familiar with more cerebral puzzles.

Pretty easy but fun. Nice to see a lack of connections, while still knowing what activates what.

I solved it slightly differently than others. I activated the bridge normally using a blue portal at the laser. Then on the far side of the river I placed a blue portal on the wall so I could quick go in and out to grab the cube to bring it to the far side. I then shot an orange portal over the river to the laser and brought the cube to the laser platform. From there it was a simple matter of lighting up the exit catcher, and going through the portal to the exit.
