Flying Fidget Spinner!

Description
It's in the name. It's a flying fidget spinner.
Controls:
Arrow keys move it around.
A & D keys spin the seats on the ends.
Numberpad 8 goes up.
Numbepad 2 goes down.
Numberpad 6 spins the spinner right.
Numberpad 4 spins the spinner left.

Props to my friend DoctorTnT for coming up with the idea for it.

PLZ fix this. It constantly falls apart whenever i use it
