Version 0.5.1
~ Fixed a critical issue with the mod which prevented notifications and popups.

Update: 12 May, 2018 @ 4:37pm

Version 0.5
+ Added an event that is sent to a character who is knighted because of their martial ability. Serves as notification, and sets framework for expansion on this event system.

+ Added an event for when you knight a squire, notifies the character being knighted

+ Added an event that notifies a character if they are made a squire. Will expand on this later, but for now serveres merely as a notification.

+ Added a requirement that only male knight can take on squires

- Removed the ability for the AI to buy knighthoods for themselves and dynasty members, the AI were using their money spawning magical abilities and before too long basically everyone in-game was a knight. Players can still purchase knighthoods if they have the coin.

~ Fixed some localisation issues (a lot more work to be done on this front)

~ Changed the parameters to knight your squire. You can now knight any squire that is 16 years or older if they are in your court and you are a knight or a ruler. This will hopefully make it less brutal when you forget about your wards, as in my experience I would forget to knight someone in the 1-year window to do so.

Reminder that as this is a beta, things are likely to break. Please report bugs. Thank you.

Update: 13 Apr, 2018 @ 3:46pm

Version 0.4
~ Fixed issues where you could end up with both Squire and Knight when buying or arranging knighthoods
~ Some behind-the-scenes work you'll sadly not be able to see preparing some feature expansion in future versions

Update: 13 Apr, 2018 @ 2:04pm

Version 0.3
~ Changed icon art for Knight trait
~ Changed icon art for Squire trait
~ Changed stats of traits and decisions

Update: 13 Apr, 2018 @ 12:45pm

Version 0.2
+ Added the ability to buy a knighthood regardless of your stats - requires 200 gold.
+ Added the ability for non-knight rulers to pay 50 gold to arrange for a lower knight to raise someone to a knight. This still requires the person to have 18 martial.
~ Made some changes to the stats of the traits and decisions
~ The two new methods of knighting has sufficiently added a way for there to be starting AI with Knighthoods. Mileage will vary, but in my game six or seven people were made knights right away in France alone. It's a good starting point.
