Empire creation editors - Fix overlaps if less than 1600 width (Threshold will probably be increased to 1650)
Leader recruitment window - Change position anchor so that the top of the window doesn't clip outside on low resolutions

Ship designer - width increased so that it can display 6 ship sections. Downside is that it overlaps with the outliner for any resolutions narrower than 2200 pixels. (1920x1080, 1600x1200 and so on)

Megastructure build list - Made the window taller and wider
Planet view - Actually make the district list have no max limit
Planet view - Fix horizontal job icons going clipping outside of its parent

Planet view - Made the wide job list only show up for resolutions wider than 2560
MP chat - Moved the floating/persistent MP chat more to the center of the screen, so that it doesn't overlap with fleet view
