Color corrections and enhancements. The UI doesn't look so stiched up anymore!

I left a backup of the super light version in the files if anyone wants to revert back to that!

Fixed the color corrections so the game text is visible on all areas of the game. Reverted a few UI background graphics back.

Reverted some fonts back to avoid weird scalling for some resolutions.
