Release v3.1 - mostly bugfixes.

Clip size stat for the Heavy Strike Module and Kinetic Strike Module will now be hidden.

Restorative Mist will now remove poison and other negative effects from the user.

Fixed bug/exploit where removing an Experimental Magazine allowed the soldier to still benefit from the experimental ammo they should no longer have.

Fixed bug where the Heavy Weapon granted by using Aid Protocol with BIT would remain equipped on the soldier targeted by Aid Protocol if the effect was active when the mission ended.

Entrench Protocol will now correctly activate even if the unit moved before activating Aid Protocol.

Removed legacy code and config that allowed SPARKs to carry Ballistic Shields meant for regular soldiers. Now that SPARKs have their own Ballistic Shields, this isn't required.

This should fix the T-posing bug when SPARKs attempted to deflect or parry an attack with Ballistic Shields mod present.

Special Shells and Munitions Mount can now be equipped only alongside a Heavy Cannon. In-game descriptions improved to reflect that fact.
