- Fixed damage issue on a3_c17_processing_plant with the shield squad

- Removed Damage buff for Shield Squad (this did not scale with difficulty)
- Added a fallback for the firerate modification of the shield squad

- Different difficulties have been reimplemented, new enemies however, will feel very bullet spongy on lower diffculties, due to their health being fixed at a certain point that does not scale with difficulty.

Map Changes:
- Fixed corpses not spawning on autosave on a2_train_yard (Thanks Skummeh!)
- Changed spawns for shield squad on a4_c17_water_tower
- Fixed soldiers looking the wrong way on a4_c17_parking_garage
- Fixed enemies hiding away on a4_c17_water_tower and a4_c17_tanker_yard
Balance Changes:
- Health Shots now give 45 HP (up from 33)
- Additional ammo added on a3_station_street
- Additional ammo added on a2_train_yard
Unit Changes:
- Shield Squad
- The battery that deploys a beacon can now be destroyed, when destroyed all shields deactivate and all buffs are removed.
- Zombine: Added more sounds
