Some quality-of-life and minor technical fixes. I stopped short of things like changing the soundscapes to keep with the spirit and rules of the competition.

• In the faith plate chamber, fixed the phantom portal blocker preventing you from directly shooting the uppermost portal surface. There is still some hitbox weirdness with the regular fizzlers, but from my testing this doesn't seem to break the puzzle.
  
• Expanded the trigger for the 'all puzzles complete' announcement to make it unmissable.
  
• Added some extra playerclips for tiny steps, to match the quality elsewhere.
  
• Fixed some misaligned or missing overlays.
  
• Changed the introductory text to better credit Demon Arisen.
  
• Fixed some visible nodraw.
