Last patch forgot a fix, nothing gameplay changing.

-Pushed small fix, allowing for easier translations for Mod Translators.

**Bug Fixes**
- Arthur of Brittany will no longer spawn as Akan.
- Music and sound has been fixed.
- 'Reynald has attacked a Muslim caravan' will no longer spam you.
- Fixed the Independence War CB while playing as Richard the Lionheart.
- Masyaf will no longer be ruled by a dead person, after Sinan 'The old man of the mountain', dies.
- Fixed every non-scripted character, spawning with the same hair.
- Updated the internal 'Res Publica' Fixing various Republic Event bugs

- Free Cities will no longer be elected by the Cardinals as the next Pope, as great as a council lead Papal States would be.

**Changes**
- Added a second historical revolt to Philip II at start
- France is known by the name Francia at start, to reference the fact Philip, and all kings before him went by the title, King of the Franks and with the realm also known as Franica.
- Added an closing event for after Philip wins both revolts, gives him the nickname Augustus, renames Francia to France, and gives claims on all duchies held by England, in mainland France.
- Added various localisations to events relating to Reynald of Châtillon.
- Added options to the event relating to punishing Reynald, you can now try to imprison him, try to imprison him to hand him over to Saladin, and or you can stand by Reynald and do nothing; each of these enables different options for Saladin, and possibly you can avoid war all-together.
- Updated My Monastery.
- Updated the GUI of the Naming a Child interface, to make the Saint Names more fluid.
