removed some unused code accidentally copied over from one of my other mods.

Removed a completely unnecessary file that borked up an unrelated part of the game lol

Added the needed interface files to tie the DDS files with the advisors

Added additional compatibility for mods that change the "generic_advisors" file

added mod dependencies, which I forgot. Whoops lol.
