Invictus 1.6c compatibility update (also TE last update compatible) :

SHOULD NOT BREAK ANYTHING

- Few lines and fixes from Invictus incorporated

- Suprisingly, Invictus was harsher in some Great Works' nerfs than i was previously. I then happily followed those change.

Invictus 1.6a compatibility update.

Not much change, only few shared lines were updated.

更新:2023 年 1 月 29 日 @ 上午 5:40

Balance :

- Silver reform law is more efficient at reversing deflation, making it the best law to completely erase it through time.
- Aurelian's reform law is more efficient at reversing monetary crash.
- Economy factor has been a bit reduced to balance those changes

New :

- New 'Aristocrat intervention' event when in high deflation, where Nobles takes actions to reduce deflation. This to help - with a cost - in case you are deep in a deflation vicious circle

更新:2023 年 1 月 28 日 @ 下午 4:01

Fix :

- Fixed a core bug where high deflation could trigger also a collapse of the currency. Now you can enjoy your crushing deflation without having a currency collapse (except if you managed to get ALSO a currency collapse, which is quite impressive)

Changes :

- Using the decisions to manage deflation and silver crashes now refresh the debuff if needed.

1.2 :
New :

- Added some assimilation/social mobility debuff to the looted by barbarian modifier
- Losing a battle while an empire have a chance to proc an event questionning the legitimacy of your leader if he's low in martial. Hellenics have more chances to trigger this
- Losing a battle while an divine empire have a chance to proc an event questionning the legitimacy of your leader if he's low in zeal. Egyptians have more chances to trigger this
- If the number of pops with noble rights are too low compared to the total population, administraztive problem will rise. Latins culture have a lower treshold for this event, considering the historical cultural diversity of the romans.
- Territories with a dominant culture which have the nobles right will yearly convert some pops from the primary culture to their culture. Think of it as a workaround to emulate assimilation to the integrated culture rather than the primary one. Tbh, players usually do not give noble rights to integrated cultures, so this should have very edge effect.
- Tribals great powers after 750 are now subjected to a enhanced risk of a new tribalsplosion event. Players are not excluded.
- New ambitious monetary crisis system added : intern economy is emulated through hidden variables, that are dependant of the integrated percent pops, the date, laws and cultural rights and decisons. More details in description
- Laws and inventions added for the monetary system
- Several events linked to the monetary system added to merge with the military crisis system. Other several event added for new decisions. Quite a bunch of events added in fact. I love events. There is too much events i had to create a secondary event file for organization purpose.
- Cultures with slave pop rights will be eligible for large scale revolts that could join provincial sized revolts (after several gated events)
- Added a Republican overextension event when a republic expand too much in the third century, making you either reform, or face administrative turmoils. This is to make large republican empires more subjected to reforms
- Territories starving with a Great Work can be subject of a pillage of the great work by the population, giving a Huge debuff on the country and triggering stab hit events, as an incentive to either destroy or repair the great work.
- Barbarians occupying a state capital and half of the province will now apply a state modifier "Barbarian on the border" giving penalties, too many provinces with this modifier can trigger a stabhit event

Balance :
- Tweaked the choice of governorship independance
- Tweaked choice for AI in crisis
- General intervention to help the government can now happen when in civil war. If you're in a civil war AND collapsing, his intervention will give twice the amount of stability. This has been made to prevent eternal vicious stability circle.
- AI being pretty much stupid in managing their country, accepting a general intervention will have 30% more chance to have a positive outcome. This combined with the precedent buff to general intervention stability will decrease the chances of a sudden total collapse of a huge AI empire (they'll just collapse reasonably)
- Loc fixes
- Tweaked the third century modifier
- Huge bunch of bugs fixes
- Removed some republican modifiers when reforming to monarchy - your king will no longer benefit of the "senate democracy" bonus, as weirdly it may sound.
- Census tax exemption decision has been buffed and will now have better effect, but will also bring negative effects to the monetary balance. An opposition decision has been created which have the reverse effects.
- Powerful characters could now band together to ask for a census tax exemption or stop the new inforced taxes
- Fixed political unstability so you cannot have the modifier a second (or more) time when the ruler really want to reform *again* , instead, you will lose a bunch of stability
- Being too rich will trigger a really cool event where your government members congratulate themselves for being awesome without touching anything of the treasury of course ....
- Civil wars modifier now decrease happiness ( this still happens only after year 800)
- Internal collapse now trigger a red task message to alert you, this also tells you how to get out of the collapse
- Military anarchy now trigger a yellow task message
- Political instability now trigger a red task message
- General intervention 'a Helping Hand' can now also happens in republics, but its failure then will increase the risk of coup intead of a military anarchy
- Having only one general will not prevent you to have general asking for something, now the only general will need specials honours
- Tweaked generals events so mercenaries cannot be considered as influencial genrals in the country
- Fixed vassals becoming tributaries when you diplomatic relations limit was fine
- Fixed need of senate approval to reform to monarchy decision (from 8000% to 80%)
- Substantial buff of the political instability modifier
- 'Rise of a powerful character' now reduce stability and more loyalty when you refuse the ascension to king-maker
- Getting the deficit event you already had now also reduce stability (in case of modifier already applied)
- Athenian Ostracism potential now check if you are a republic
- The rival empire now correctly reunite at reunification
- Rival empire can no longer be forced into tributary by the third choice in the split : instead, they gain a bunch of unification value to help future reunification
- Nerf of some Great Works effects to balance the fact that almost all great works are built late game, and some combinations are quite ridiculous.

- Generals that are governors themselves just need a friend in office to fill the requirements for a military crisis. This should increase in a small measure the possibility of military crisis in countries that use a lot of Levies (AI for instance)
- When in civil war, generals have a lower threshold to revolt (to avoid the illimitate use of civil war to dodge the events, you little snakes ;) ). The checked governors are also a bit more compliant to follow ther new leader in civil war.
Tips : keep general popularity low and your governors very loyals ;)
- If Invictus is not activated, the provincial revolts will have a version of the invictus one (tag management)
- Localization fix
- Civil war loyalty bonuses will still be the vanilla one (because this mod's ones are smaller) until years 750+, and small countries will also keep them. To avoid constant civil war in small nation that are both pointless and destroying our tag limit... (loyalists are still getting less loyalty, because you cannot have two civil war at once, but you can get military crisis ;) )
- Remnant of some invictus code that are not supposed to be here, deleted : you can still have them if you play invictus (and you should, it's amazing), but you should not be forced to have invictus elements if you chose to not play it.
- The legitimacy cost to avoid the internal collapse safely has been increase by 50% - was a bit too strong
added AI weight on internal collapse choices, so they don't suicide themselves on an eternal collapse - would be a shame to make things too easy for the player
- Civil war minimum requirement increased to 3 provinces/10 territories for tag limit issues
- Tribal explosion limit increased to 120 to match Timeline extender - tribal flavour events should correctly override vanilla's one
- Slightly nerfed civil war stab modifier
