Resurrected the Genesis Conduit; it is once again supported content and - after some internal upgrades - should be more stable and balanced!

• New logic checks have been introduced to prevent the Genesis Conduit from affecting items when bought from NPCs or reforged with the Goblin Tinkerer
  
• You must now be within crafting range of the Genesis Conduit (I.e. able to craft items with it) in order to benefit from its effects on prefixes
  
• A new prefix blacklist functionality has been introduced. Prefixes in the blacklist are NEVER rolled when under the effects of the Conduit. By default, the blacklist only includes 'objectively' bad vanilla prefixes (Those with negative stats, as well as some of the weaker accessory prefixes).
  
• In light of the above change, the Conduit's prefix whitelist functionality is now disabled by default, since the blacklist (With default settings) is - by comparison - less OP and doesn't interfere with modded prefixes. Both the whitelist and blacklist can be on at the same time, however. In this case, the blacklist takes priority over the whitelist if an prefix is present in both lists at once.

In light of the realization that the Genesis Conduit can affect purchased and reforged items (Despite it only being intended for crafting), some tweaks have been made to the 'Restrict Genesis Conduit' config option;
- When enabled, the Goblin Tinkerer's reforge is disabled in the presence of the Conduit and the Aether
- Improved code that detects items that can't de-craft, meaning the config option will restrict more items than before (Though this was the intended functionality the entire time...)

Version 1.0.4.2 has been published to Stable tModLoader v2023.11
- Adjusts the config. option to disable Aether Well Crafting. Using the setting now entirely removes the recipes instead of preventing them from working. This means the Guide and Recipe Browser will not display the recipes when they are disabled, nor will transmutable items always be marked as a material (While the recipes are disabled).
