- Fixed critical oversight where Shimmer Well's recipes could be decrafted, allowing many items to be 'decrafted' into their transmutations, which is sometimes un-desirable (Ex: Wooden Crates 'decrafted' into Pearlwood Crates). Shimmer Well recipes are no longer decraftable
- This also fixes a related issue where the Genesis Conduit's restriction config. (Where only decraftable items gain its benefits) wasn't working properly

- Simplified Chinese localization is now up-to-date

- Swapped the Genesis Conduit's Blacklist config. for a Whitelist, which should be more convenient for dealing with modded prefixes (Modded prefixes will be automatically excluded, and it will be easier to single out those you do desire with a Whitelist)
- Removed the unconventional sell conditions of the Aether Pylon, as they didn't appear to function correctly. Sell conditions are now the standard pylon sell conditions
