Fixed an issue with UI text introduced in previous patch

Updated for 6.0
Lots of changes here since Scrap Upgrade changed a significant amount.

- The escalating Scrap Upgrade cost for multiple upgrades is now 10 Scrap per additional upgrade (instead of 30) to account for the additional choices (also felt it was overly punitive)

- Goblin Archers, Night Goblin Archers, & Night Goblin Archers (Fanatics) now additionally have access to Betta Bows (+20% Range)

- Orc Arrer Boyz now additionally have access to Heavy Ammo (+3 Armor-Piercing missile damage)

Working on adding more choices to each unit, but currently playtesting so it may take a bit.

Added script hooks to get all of the unique Scrap Upgrades from respective Legendary Lord factions after Confederation
