Added new ConVars "inpc_unlimited_vision 0/1" and "inpc_force_player_faction [FACTION]", which control whether NPCs should have unlimited visions, and whether we should force all players to be a specific faction.

v1.0.3

Convar "inpc_cleanup" now correctly works. If "inpc_cleanup" is 0 then ragdolls will be cleaned up according to GMod's defaults.

Convar "inpc_frenzy" now also controls whether Antlion Workers should get a speedup to their spitting animation, and whether Antlion Guards should accelerate while charging.

NPCs will no longer attack players that attack them, if Ignore Players is on.
