- Added option to use alternate implementation.
More info on alternate implementation: The alternate implementation can be enabled in the XComProtectDevice.ini config file, in normal implementation, the destructible has its HP updated on each tactical map load, in the alternate implementation, the template of the destructible toughness is modified before a mission starts.
The former will ensure the destructible's HP is updated to the correct state, but is more "unstable" as it relies on some limitation in directly changing gamestates without submitting to rely on it work on start states, since there's not much way to hook on either mission start (after actors are loaded) or loaded.
The latter will change the toughness so the map is loaded with the target destructible at a desired health, but on map reloads, it will load the map with whatever the number it was last patched, causing the max HP to be shown as those numbers, thankfully HP <= maxHP is not enforced so it has no gameplay effects, but the UI will reflect these weirdness if you load those missions in different sessions as starting them.
Due to some visualiation weirdness causing those destructibles to act strangely on WOTC, it is recommended to enable the alternate implementation.
