fixed various stat effects applying incorrect variables.


mud, clay, etc will now properly affect movement as a result. you're going to really, really hate mud and clay :)

Fixes for bees quests, and some updates to the structure

FU stations should now all have "rare" or other colored icon borders to set them all apart from standard items.

Tabula Rasa biome should no longer spawn insane ore quantities.

tribal feathers appear again, and with augment ability. They also now grant a slight energy increase because why not?
