Added some artifacts and changed stats of all items, nerfed items overall to make them balanced.
Much higher combat stats on the items now to work with the new duelling system in HF.

Changing the spawn of Gram in my latest change broke the mod, it's now working as intended again.

Made Gram active only in Germanic culture or religion.

Made Mimir's head require the Lunatic trait.

A mystic of any religion with high enough learning can use Galdrabok.

Made many items available to both Germanic culture and Religion, so that you can benefit from some items after going Christian.
