This has been broken for quite some time.
The working replacement is: Employ Overeducated Workers V2 (1.30+)
That versions works without issue.
I first had version 1.1 and it was working very nice then it just stopped . so i checked with the workshop and see V2 and i tested that one as well
Both are not working
any ideas ?

Imagine my surprise when I started a brand new city without this mod and found citizens working in jobs that were below their education level!
So far, I've seen citizens that have an elementary or high school education working in zoned commercial and industry buildings in my newly created city (only like 1-2 citizens in each case that I observed). It seems that Colossal Order and/or Paradox Interactive have implemented some sort of variant of this mod into their base game code. I'm guessing that I will see complaints from workplaces once I get around to having a college/university in my city without this mod?
