Darkangel 29 Dec, 2022 @ 6:34am

Darkangel 24 Dec, 2022 @ 9:19am
does this stuff up pedestrian service points?
macluk 29 Nov, 2022 @ 7:09am
@Typpi - welll it's not dead, it's working very well, and the one you are referring to is actually not working, that's why i removed that one from my game.
Typpi 25 Sep, 2022 @ 6:29pm
@yosammy use this version, this one is dead: https://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1674732053
yosammy 10 Sep, 2021 @ 9:05am
It doesn't work for me

@LemonsterOG: While it's true creators don't personally owe anything to their customers, fans, etc., remember that people can and will criticize a particular work that has been made. Whether the criticisms are constructive or not, people can and will often offer suggestions of improvement. No one is exempt from these types of criticisms. All of us still have to acknowledge this one important and vital aspect.
LemonsterOG 8 Jun, 2021 @ 8:56am
@osarak63 -- Careful. "Decency" is a strong word. They don't get paid for this, except for any donations they may get from players. Anyone demanding updates or changes to mods (or assets) should remember that none of these creators have to do anything, including making mods/assets at all. We're lucky to even have the option to use these creations.
63Drone 8 Jun, 2021 @ 8:48am
@LemonsterOG: Well, thanks for the help. I just sure hope someone else here in the C:S workshop can make a brand new version of the EOW mod now that pcfantasy's version (the latest version of EOW) seems to be outdated and/or broken. If only they had the time and decency to do so... :(
LemonsterOG 8 Jun, 2021 @ 8:35am
@osarak63 -- I don't know what to tell ya. It works perfectly for me. That's all I've got. Sorry.
63Drone 8 Jun, 2021 @ 8:31am
@LemonsterOG: Funny you would mention that, because I went to your list of mods that you use from a post you made from the No Problems Notifications mod, and of the mods I've subscribed to, you also use them in your list. Guess it's not a conflicting mod, the current EOW mod itself made by pcfantasy is broken despite your claims to the contrary.
LemonsterOG 7 Jun, 2021 @ 9:01pm
@osarak63 -- You must have another mod effecting it, because I've continued to use it without issue.
63Drone 7 Jun, 2021 @ 4:33pm
@LemonsterOG: That's the one made by pcfantasy, and like what I just said earlier in my post, that version also recently became a broken mod since this past April. I made numerous posts over there in that respective mod's thread detailing the issues of what happened in my savegames when subscribing to his version. I repeat, it's now a broken mod and somebody here in the workshop is going to have to make a new version of EOW and be more proactive in maintaining it, since the previous three makers, Akira Ishizaki, Rockafellie, and now pcfantasy are no longer active in this workshop to maintain their respective mods and assets.
LemonsterOG 7 Jun, 2021 @ 4:24pm
@osarak63 --

The current working version of this mod is: Employ Overeducated Workers V2
63Drone 7 Jun, 2021 @ 4:23pm
First, Akira Ishizaki's original version of this mod has been broken years ago, then this version made by Rockafellie broke down for good a couple of years ago, and now recently the current version made by pcfantasy just broke down for good this past April. Will ANYONE here in the workshop ever have the time and decency to make a brand new version of Employ Overeducated Workers (EOW)? Because now my pleas are falling on deaf ears after I reported issues in pcfantasy's version in his mod thread. And before anyone tries to tell me to make a new version of this mod myself, no, I have no programming or modding skills whatsoever to match those here in the community. :(

nhatanh0475 26 Mar, 2020 @ 9:03am
Dead, broken
orbops 4 Mar, 2019 @ 9:08pm
It works for offices. I just verified it.
Scalarik 2 Mar, 2019 @ 10:08am
Something very weird is happening with this mod in relation to industries. I don't get what others are reporting, as in the flickering trucks from storage facilities. Instead, my trucks start to transfer products between storages. Needlessly. I mean trucks move e.g. crops from silo to silo, causing massive traffic jams. And I know it is this specific mod that causes this problem, just have no clue why that would be a thing... Any chance someone could look into what is going on?
Divine 18 Feb, 2019 @ 5:48am
does it work for offices?
SH@KE^^ 10 Feb, 2019 @ 9:48am
Does this one have issue with Warehouse trucks despawning instantly?
Caerdydd64 15 Jan, 2019 @ 9:26am
Seems to work fine with my games. I would often have a continueous problem with workers.
Smellycat 8 Jan, 2019 @ 8:08am
Is it not working? :/
666666 6 Jan, 2019 @ 1:12am
Can I use it now?
飞飞哥计划 16 Dec, 2018 @ 9:13pm
update it please!🙂
LegacyOfKain 7 Dec, 2018 @ 12:02pm
Muito bom, da uma realidade ao jogo melhorado.
markes 30 Nov, 2018 @ 3:58am
So, is it working with the latest build or not?
Jarl Ballin 17 Nov, 2018 @ 9:10pm
@ZpaceMag The game employs overeducated workers only to an extent. If you have ONLY well educated citizens in your city then you will notice areas that have a mass requirement for undereducated workers (like the new industries dlc areas) will not have their needs fulfilled and you will have a large unemployment rate.
tired-broad-53 15 Nov, 2018 @ 9:42am
I just wanted to take a moment to personally say “Thank You!” for your time, effort and hard work to provide this mod. It enhances my gaming experience, and I do so appreciate you for providing this to all of us.
ZpaceMag 12 Nov, 2018 @ 4:29am
@t1a2l The vanilla game already employs overeducated workers. This mod isn't needed
t1a2l 11 Nov, 2018 @ 2:30pm
@Mothamphetamine - Is there any timeline on when it is going to be fixed?
Krys Emlyn 3 Nov, 2018 @ 8:17pm
I disabled this mod at the author's request while they try to figure out what is needed to fix it.
Imagine my surprise when I started a brand new city without this mod and found citizens working in jobs that were below their education level!

So far, I've seen citizens that have an elementary or high school education working in zoned commercial and industry buildings in my newly created city (only like 1-2 citizens in each case that I observed). It seems that Colossal Order and/or Paradox Interactive have implemented some sort of variant of this mod into their base game code. I'm guessing that I will see complaints from workplaces once I get around to having a college/university in my city without this mod?
zeldslayer 1 Nov, 2018 @ 5:01am
Thanks a lot!
Owl That Plows You  [author] 28 Oct, 2018 @ 7:40pm
Yeah, Industries broke this one too. It might take a bit to fix, since my free time is fairly limited these days.
zeldslayer 27 Oct, 2018 @ 5:54pm
@Edward also in unique factories, the vehicles not spawn correctly
Edward 26 Oct, 2018 @ 9:46am
After disabling mods one by one, i can confirm, its this mod, causing the problem in the post below.
Please,check and help.
