Yup, never needed the x-button, the grated portal surface or the white floor in front of the exit door. Hmm.

I agree with @Libbybapa. Moreover, it is possible to put the portal in the light-bridge-area from the grated-portable-surface area directly.

P.S. You should gather your best maps in a collection, so people can favorite it, and link to the whole batch in their own collections, and of course, so players can subscribe to many maps in just one click. I'll leave it to your discretion as to what qualifies as your best maps, but I do think that you should leave out any early duds (but I'm not implying you have any) so that they don't abandon ship before they get to the good ones.
