The sad thing is, monthly spy gain is not correctly implemented to work so unless you build 5 spy univeristies, you won't get spies

It's a shame this doesn't work anymore, it was basically La Resistance but better and without the ridiculous price tag.

if you still support that mod even since la resistnace is out, the Mod adds 2 german shepperds over the UI when used in conjoncttion with blackice and we cant click on or see a few things. thanks
