Well some tell is not working with avali anymore, but i installed this mod today and seem to be working perfectly.

Does this mod fix the incompatibility between FU and Whobound? Whobound is listed as incompatible on FU wiki because of ship changes.

This is purely a S.A.I.L patch. The [OFFICIAL] FU BYOS Modded Race Patch is for the updated BYOS that FU uses. Hope this helps :SBpenguin:

this doesnt seem to be working. I get a race appropriate sail depending on race but there are no expanded ship options beyond the vanilla and a few standard byos

Confirmed that it isn't working on the shadow race or Vampires. However, the secondary interface you spawn with does work.

It was working for me last night, today I'm getting the Failsafe error again on custom races. Not sure if this mod is functioning or not.

now if i cant use it with my current save file
well thats over 40 hours down the toilet

no i was definately unable to regenerate energy, and its definately this mod doing it as A) it started when this mod updated, and B) it doesnt occur anymore now that i removed it, its probally a weird interaction conflict with another mod but i cant be sure which, that said, it appears i dont actually need this one and things work smoothly without it so its no big loss for me

@Kolljak: yeah I don't think this is in this mod's scope, sounds like something upgrades your ship to the wrong one? I'm not sure how this works but maybe your specie's custom ship got overwritten by another mod - or if you do use BYOS, then ask FU peeps :PuzzleBallDONT_KNOW:

@Kreek: the update and this mod in general don't change anything related to that, it's only object patches so I highly doubt your issue stems from this mod :CatWish:
If you meant "has infinite energy" instead of "unable to regenerate energy", are you sure you aren't in admin mode? (type /admin on the in-game console)

since this mod updated its causing a small problem with my game, my characters are invicible and unable to regenerate energy

The whole ship. the ship starts out as a custom. i turn on sail. remains custom. then when i talk to it one more time. the whole ship transforms back to the vanilla hyotle ship they use in the mod.

when you say "it reverts to the vanillia hyotle ship they use", do you mean just the S.A.I.L. or the whole ship when trying to use the BYOS thing? because that'd be something you'd have to tell the modded specie BYOS compatibility mod man :CatWish:

Doesnt work with Kitsune Race for some reason. after activating the SAIL [to get the starting mission] it reverts to the vanillia hyotle ship they use.

ok so im using this mod it dosen't seem to work when you use the build your own ship option i know its not the race because the base ship for the same race is fine with the mod and i cant pin down the mod because i know i don't have BYOS and don't remember witch mod unless its FU or Ztarbound that gives you the option to build your own ship

@Yuki: You need this if you play as a modded specie (that isn't from FU, or if you only have ztarbound), and you only need the Scripted Artificial blahblah mod if you want the customization thing

@cutieryan: Strictly speaking, to be able to BYOS you'll need the BYOS mod for modded species thing - I don't think it relies on this. But you'll also need this for FU so :PuzzleBallDONT_KNOW:
