Ok, then you don't need it. Thanks!
Lex  [author] 4 Apr, 2023 @ 7:34am
That's right.
Phoenix 4 Apr, 2023 @ 6:09am
Yeah, it doesn't look like you need it. This mod makes it so you're able to equip upper and lower face props while having certain hats on, right?
Lex  [author] 4 Apr, 2023 @ 5:44am
Can't say for sure but by the mod's description you probably don't need it.
Phoenix 4 Apr, 2023 @ 2:53am
Is this compatible with the updated [WOTC] Capnbubs Accessories 2022? Or do I maybe not need this mod for that one?
Lex  [author] 19 Nov, 2020 @ 3:47pm
@Psyclops I don't remember such items in the game at all so I guess they were not part of my mod series but from some different mod I never used.
Psyclops 19 Nov, 2020 @ 3:30pm
I have all your mods in my game but it seems like there are some things missing (I just started playing again after being away for a couple years)...I'm missing the little flashlight thingy that you can attach to the helmet/head piece; also missing the little night vision eye-piece thingy. I don't see these items in your pics, but I thought they were a part of one of your mods.

Anyway to know what are the missing customization?
Lex  [author] 6 Jan, 2019 @ 12:14pm
Heh, happy you like it, just don't let me die to fast ;)

Hello Lex,

I want to personally THANK YOU for this mod fix. I NEVER got Capnbubs addons for my randomlly customized characters. That's even with BlueRaja's mod! Now I'm getting random recruits with ALL the alternatives PLUS the Anarchys Children Extra Options!!! Thanks again for your hard work. I REALLY appreciate it. You've made my gameplay so much more fun now. Seeing new recruits now is like opening xmas presents. Thanks again, Lex. You're my new HERO! (And I mean that literally. I've designed and added a new character in my pool in your honor!)

Dude if you can't understand the description that's on you not him
✚ Anajamois 11 Nov, 2018 @ 8:21am
I ain't downloading this because you don't make it clear what it does.
Lex  [author] 6 Nov, 2018 @ 5:14am
There was an update that added some more options to some of the new DLC helmets around three weeks ago. I also have another small update to do as I noticed that the vanilla Icarus helmet has certain faces looking through. This is still not live though. I made this mod so people don't have to edit their inis for Capnbubs stuff every time I do a small update/bugfix.
Macca 6 Nov, 2018 @ 4:40am
free the hood itself
Lex  [author] 6 Nov, 2018 @ 1:34am
@Macca Are you talking about this mod oder Free The Hood itself?
Macca 6 Nov, 2018 @ 12:29am
Did you only update it recently? i havent played in about a month, sorry.
desolationsmith 5 Nov, 2018 @ 6:45pm
Actually Lex I haven't subbed to your mod yet as I've got a campaign in progress and adding stuff mid-run tends to break things (for me). The stuff from AC showed up just after I completed the first bit of the new dlc so I'm kinda guessing that was what caused it to show up. At the moment I've got multiple prop mods installed, so my lists are rather a mess, and it might be that more than anything that is hidding stuff from me. Again that's just me, so might not be the same for others.
Lex  [author] 5 Nov, 2018 @ 12:21pm
It's possible that they added the assets with the latest patch even if they are hidden for folks without the DLC. My main mod changes some of the AC stuff so it may be that you get access to them now because of that.
Lex  [author] 5 Nov, 2018 @ 12:18pm
Well not sure what your problem is but I have the balaclava as a lover face option with this mod and Capnbubs together. Did you try to resub to both mods? That seems to fix a lot of problems people have with disapearing options.
desolationsmith 5 Nov, 2018 @ 11:41am
I think that might be a result of the new DLC, I've noticed the same thing as The LDs, and I've got a bunch of helmets and props from Anarchy's Children even though I never purchased it.
The LDs 5 Nov, 2018 @ 9:56am
i used to be able to have the balaclava head option in the lower face props section, but for some reason it is no longer in th list. i was wondering if this mod would have fixed the issue, but im still experiencing the same problem.
Lex  [author] 5 Nov, 2018 @ 8:04am
What do you mean?
The LDs 5 Nov, 2018 @ 7:57am
the capnbubs mod is very good. but what happend to the balaclava in the lower face props?
Lex  [author] 5 Nov, 2018 @ 6:16am
There is a way. You would have to update a script in the mod and recompile it again.
Dick Justice 5 Nov, 2018 @ 6:07am
Regarding Capnbubs' mod, do you know if there's a way to prevent the DLC prop icons from disappearing after you exit the customization menu? They show up when you first bring up the relevant menu, but not if you exit and bring it up again.
Lex  [author] 5 Nov, 2018 @ 5:05am
The TLP stuff should be less restrictive with Free The Hood already. Do you have some examples? Maybe I missed something.
Macca 5 Nov, 2018 @ 1:24am
can you do a free the hood mod/update for the TLP stuff? it's so restrictive of upper/lower face props. Some of the helmets even remove facial hair!
[CTC] Mordecai 4 Nov, 2018 @ 8:24pm
Love it! Thank you for making this! :)
Arkhangel 4 Nov, 2018 @ 8:06pm
yep. in any event, it's still nice to have this mod :)
Lex  [author] 4 Nov, 2018 @ 6:30pm
Well, then everything's fine anyway. I'll change the description a bit for people using custom load orders by moving mods to their local folder just to be mention it.
Arkhangel 4 Nov, 2018 @ 6:19pm
@Lex: does depend whether the mod is in the workshop folder or a Created Mods folder, as Iridar pointed out. I watch the launch order of my game pretty constantly and it's done it that way pretty much since I've started doing so.
Lex  [author] 4 Nov, 2018 @ 5:10pm
Interesting. I remember having problems back when I first created this mod for vanilla XCOM 2 and I had to watch the order I subbed to mods because they were loaded by sub time and not ID. Maybe things changed since then. Maybe I'm getting old and my memories fail me.
Iridar 4 Nov, 2018 @ 4:56pm
> Sub to this after Capnbubs for load order reasons.

That's not how load order works. Mods are loaded in the order of their Mod IDs, so basically in the order of their releases. Mods in local mods folder are loaded in alphabetical order.
Lex  [author] 4 Nov, 2018 @ 3:41pm
I didn't expect someone to be that happy about this tbh.
Deadput 4 Nov, 2018 @ 3:37pm
Oh my god this is perfect thank you!
