Good God, why is this not in the game RIGHT NOW? Does it have area conflict with the muttonchops? WHY? Engie finally looks BADASS, how can you say NO Valve, you heartless hat-lovers, give us some MISC every once in a while...
Ok rant off; I love this item. Needs to be in to make Engie moar awesome.
