This one is so advanced, my revisit run took me a week to think while almost everyone else is trivial as revisits.

genius , easy faved :)

Excellent puzzle,almost worth a fav :p

At first I thought the middle part was a bit odd, until I found that I can use it, which was pretty neat! I'm glad it didn't have anything to do with Angle Laser, clean layout, very nice ending!

Identical solution to @Mattchew
Andy T 18 Aug, 2024 @ 1:06pm
This one is tough, split into two parts with a Cube Respawn in the middle and it's manageable advanced situation.
Mattchew 2 Jun, 2024 @ 4:17pm
Excellent puzzle! Surprised to see very different solutions, Specifically using angled lasers thru portals. Here is what I did!

Blindrun
Since it's quite similar to Solitude, it didn’t take me too long. Good take on the concept though. That step beside the laser lane gave away the solution in the late stages for me :P

The last angle is REALLY tough though.

Difficulty: 6/10 (higher for non-Solitude players)
Design: 9.5/10
Enjoyed: 8/10

Took me an hour, one nights sleep and 30 minutes the day after to solve this one. Good map!
SpielSatzFail 17 Sep, 2022 @ 4:13am
I consider myself lucky that it only took me about half an hour to find the solution ;D
Even though my moves felt kinda good, the map left me a little perplexed so I watched some walkthroughs. Every one of them seemed to be different and none was exactly like my playthrough ^^ hm.

(I know that crossing the goo with the bridge @1:35/3:00 was not neccessary but it improved the visibility in my solution)
Too bad there are so many at least minor different approaches possible.
StackSmasher789 18 Apr, 2022 @ 6:24am
You can spend half an hour thinking it's something to do with laser switching by placing cube at a very specific part. but it's not : here's my solution : https://youtu.be/sfUwQIHa9RE I have such a love-hate relationship with this puzzle.
StackSmasher789 18 Apr, 2022 @ 5:17am
It's frustrating how many things you can do in this map that do NOT help towards solution. I spent around an hour on this and I'm not entirely sure whether I got the correct solution. I solved it by using complicated laser angles, which apparently isn't the intended way I will probably just look up the intended solution. Great puzzle btw

I started playing this one, got stuck, then played Azorae's Solitude, solved that one with some of the things I discovered while playing your map and then finished this one with some of the tricks I learned while playing Azorae's map. Great puzzle, I love it! Very inspiring.
Test Chamber Junkie 8 Dec, 2021 @ 11:20pm
First I played yours and got stuck. Then played Azorae's Solitude to understand what I was missing. I realized using an angled laser, to hit the relay where the light bridge is, is clearly not intended. So I was determined to find another way. Happily I did and that solution, although having a few more steps, is much more satisfying!

Well done, :steamthumbsup::p2cube::p2chell:

Like stormsend I found a solution that does not required re-spawning the cube . Here is my play through. . Sill, nice puzzle no matter what the solution is!

cool!

Really good puzzle, very tough. I like all the "out of the box" thinking and re-use of elements. I don't know how you create stuff like this
Miami Mike 6 Dec, 2020 @ 2:26pm
Awesome! It's amazing how many different things you can do in this test that don't help you reach the exit.

I should have known better than to think that little step was there for no reason.
bullfrog 21 Nov, 2020 @ 2:23am
Still a brilliant puzzle.
Aneonen 14 Aug, 2020 @ 10:30pm
Amazing puzzle! Really nice to circle around the same distinct areas while varying the arrangement of the elements each time. That one little scrap of a platform next to the laser caught my eye early, and it paid off - thanks for emphasizing it.

Good puzzle. I had a lot of trouble with this one until I stumbled over the bank shot.

Really tough (for me) but very fun as well. Good job and keep it coming!

I struggled for a long time. I accidentally found a clue and eventually figured it out. I often use a similar idea in some of my maps. Give em a look sometime. I recorded a walkthrough . This is a fantastic puzzle. A favorite for sure. Thanks for the fun and entertainment.

Man, this was an awesome puzzle!
kimist108 12 May, 2019 @ 10:41pm
Having fun catching up on your maps. This one took me several tries. The elements gave clues on what to do, but it was not easy for me to figure out how to get it done.
akross.cs 24 Mar, 2019 @ 2:18am
this is what called "Portal science". Such kind of maps impossible to create without deep understanding of the portal nature, which says "you have only 2 portals and at least 3 divided platforms where action takes place. Which means you cant simply shoot portals between these three and running through them hoping to solve a puzzle, you have to comly with a puzzles condtitions to reach the exit"

I really liked this one. I had a real issue tho seeing how to set the last area up so had to have a little peek. Very clever tho :)

Wow nice; diagonal laser solutions can be really difficult to prevent.

lol you fixed it
asears16 8 Feb, 2019 @ 7:30pm
Great puzzle, Gig! Took me a while to get started, but once I got the cube into the main area it was smooth sailing.

The last laser aim is pretty annoying, I failed it 2 or 3 times (it's 1:45 in jgaultney's video) , but other than that minor problem the puzzle is really great
dan.kaervang 6 Feb, 2019 @ 7:18am
Fantastic work. Really liked it.
Gigo  [author] 4 Feb, 2019 @ 5:56pm
Thanks for the playthrough; glad you enjoyed. Also, Reticence is just a synonym for Solitude.

Very awesome puzzle indeed!

Stunning work, love it!
Gigo  [author] 3 Feb, 2019 @ 5:20am
Yeah true, but it only saves 1 portal and clearly isn't intended, so I'll leave it for now.

Great puzzle! Your updates killed a couple of shortcuts I had found. I believe I've got
it right this time. :) A definite thumbs up!

Nice job! Had me stumped for a while but it was satisfying to solve :)
Zoraya 2 Feb, 2019 @ 4:39pm
Awesome work! I always love these kind of very clever puzzles with simple looking layouts. Thanks again for a great map!
Leo 2 Feb, 2019 @ 3:45pm
So I already commented on the previous URL but I'll do it here too to leave a trail. Very cool puzzle, harder than it seems.
Nobody No-One 2 Feb, 2019 @ 3:34pm
I guess that means Solitude is just a really good puzzle.
Mikeastro 2 Feb, 2019 @ 3:33pm
This one gave me quite a hard time as well! Just as @Nobody No-One I essentially have to solve Solitude all over again each time I play any variant of it :P Excellent work - faved :D
Nobody No-One 2 Feb, 2019 @ 3:25pm
Very cool map. For some reason maps inspired by Azorae's Solitude always give me a hard time. I just can never remember the solution to that map. Big thumbs up.
