Great mode, and a nice platform to turn into a mobile base. It flies and handles nicely, for something it's size. In the few days since I've downloaded it, I have already installed the drills from the "Prometheus Nanobot Drill and Fill System" mod, and converted the upper hanger into a resource processing factory, and have begun strip mining.

I have a few critiques. Everything from midship backwards feels unfinished when compared to the actual Whale King; hollow tail, no catwalks, nothing I could identify as the Zoid Core. The sides do not fold out, and there is no working crane, as seen in the anime and with the toy. There is no third hanger/cargo bay which can be accessed by a belly-mounted lift. And a large number of gyros are misaligned.

If you're looking for a roomy mother-ship, this is definitely a good choice. If you like refitting ships (such as myself) to your own specifications, but don't want to outright build your own, then this is a good project for you.

Lol! Really though, @ＣＲＹＴＩＳ it's mostly thanks to the Tiered Engine Super Pack (it'll fly with vanilla thrusters, but only just, and it def. won't make space). There are a bunch of vertical T4 atmo thrusters hidden in the top-side avionics bay (behind the cryo/medical room), and the T4 Hydro engines on the tail cone are supplied by the visible external tanks plus I want to say something like 40 or more O2/H2 generators to fuel them.

Maybe one day, @bodyboarder2528, but it'll take some serious reengineering, and it more than likely won't be able to leave a 1.0g atmosphere without modded thrusters (or some sort of external boosters).

its slow to to turn but holy shit....zoids was my favorite anime and ive added every one i can find on here to my blueprints and i love this. it holds everything. it lacks weapons but you can always add more and this big beautiful monster takes a beating. and when you add some 300mm cannons shes damn near unstoppable.

Watch the second season of Chaotic Century again. The bandits/mercenaries have a Whale King they use to steal Zoids with early on, and towards the end of the season, the Imperial army has a large flotilla of them they used to transport their army to fight the Death Saurer, including one which is the personal transport of Emperor Rudolf.

Also, in New Century, besides the Backdraft's 'Battlejack,' Dr. Laon has his purple Whale King that has a bunch of unconventional weapons on it, like a gravity neutralizer, a storm generator, and a smoke screen generator, in addition to a set of conventional cannons that he shoots at Dr. Toros' Hover Cargo with in the series finale before sacrificing it to save Lena from the Berserk Fury's particle cannon.

Trust me, I rewatched Chaotic & New Century to get reference art to build mine from, Lol!

and all so if they was arm in Death Saurer mk1 and Geno breaker would of made there maker see how the gun on Whale King are heavy artillery cannons alot stronger than me ones then the Dibison and the Godzillas ones

the only time we ever see a Whale King fight is in Zoids: New Century Saga seeing how the Backdraft use them all the time for combat units... in Chaotic Century the only one is in one episode and it barely did any combat be for they blow it up

@war-angel, What do you mean? The Whale King was in/originally came from Chaotic Century/Guardian Force? Most of the Whale Kings seen in NCZ are heavily modified units, such as the 'Battlejack.'
