@mg-***** It's bundled with a number of routes-Isle of Wight is one of them.

if you see this where can i get the foliage pack that is required?
STrainBoy1570 5 Aug, 2024 @ 8:42am
Love the route. For some reason I am unable to make a free roam scenario, I have all the required routes that are needed.
jackdevlin2005 19 May, 2023 @ 9:18am
shame bagnall 401 isn't in the game
davvydo_amer  [author] 5 Feb, 2023 @ 12:03pm
I think it's at Embsay but it's been a while since I've played on it due to other projects.
Northerner Transport Hub 30 Jan, 2023 @ 9:22am
I meant for a free roam scenario
davvydo_amer  [author] 29 Jan, 2023 @ 6:50am
It is the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Railway's potential extension. However it isn't possible to extend to the original station site as it is built over but I've recreated it to how it could look if it was and giving it the preservation look to it, I intend to extend all the way to Ilkley and Skipton at the opposite end of the line but it'll be a long way off due to other projects.

Excuse me, I was wondering where is the route origin? I can't find it! (Please reply as soon as poss if you can)
davvydo_amer  [author] 5 Nov, 2022 @ 11:21am
no problem :)

davvydo_amer  [author] 15 Jun, 2021 @ 2:00am
Hiya, the co-ordinates of the route is
Lat is 54.5829
Long is -2.49061
Masire_ 14 Jun, 2021 @ 6:43am
I'm trying to make a scenario for the route, what latitude-longitude do I need?
JintySteem 20 Oct, 2020 @ 3:57am
I look forward to seeing further progress :)
davvydo_amer  [author] 14 Jul, 2020 @ 12:00pm
Yeah I try to get it as close as possible to the real thing
Highball Simulation 14 Jul, 2020 @ 12:31am
Nice to see we think on the same wavelengths.
davvydo_amer  [author] 13 Jul, 2020 @ 12:15pm
They will :) I tend to use one of the coaches from the IOW add on.
Highball Simulation 13 Jul, 2020 @ 12:37am
Thanks. Although there's no model for Lion (yet), the 14XX and the coaches from the Terrier pack will do nicely.
davvydo_amer  [author] 12 Jul, 2020 @ 1:35pm
of course you can :) let me know if you publish them and I can have a play :)
Highball Simulation 6 Jul, 2020 @ 3:18am
Also, I was wondering if I could make some scenarios for the Titfield and Mallingford Branch? The DLC now available allows for an (almost) screen accurate recreation of the film's trains.
davvydo_amer  [author] 6 Jul, 2020 @ 2:52am
lol thank you :P
Highball Simulation 6 Jul, 2020 @ 2:41am
Well let me help with that. Here's an upvote.
davvydo_amer  [author] 6 Jul, 2020 @ 1:10am
Not enough updates to make final, some routes have WIP on them because there is always room for improvement, however the Pennrhyn line is going to have a big update in the future.
Highball Simulation 5 Jul, 2020 @ 12:04am
Speaking of which, I noticed your other routes, including the legendary Penrhyn Bay Railway, are still marked Work in Progress. Are they unfinished, or have they not received enough upvotes to be made final?
davvydo_amer  [author] 4 Jul, 2020 @ 3:33pm
Aw thank you :)
Highball Simulation 4 Jul, 2020 @ 1:53pm
I'll go do just that. A very good route, I must say.
davvydo_amer  [author] 4 Jul, 2020 @ 12:27pm
The lagging is a problem I've been having. It will be to do with the density of the foliage around the station which I aim to sort out before the route is updated. Look on google street view of Addingham and the disused stations website, the station is there so you can see what I've worked off :)
Highball Simulation 4 Jul, 2020 @ 12:11am
I ran the route last night and I'm impressed at how accurately you've recreated the area around Embsay and Bolton Abbey (I've never been to Addingham or Ilkley, so I can't judge those bits). I would like to point out that the area around Bolton Abbey created a lot of lag on my run, but that could be due to my graphics settings.
davvydo_amer  [author] 3 Jul, 2020 @ 2:50pm
lol enjoy! after leaving Bolton Abbey towards Addingham you need to floor it until you get over the viaduct, its a short sharp climb and then another climb along the straight section then shut off steam just before the top of the grade and then just roll until Addingham :)
Highball Simulation 3 Jul, 2020 @ 1:33pm
Well, I'll get out my austerity tank and get rolling.
davvydo_amer  [author] 3 Jul, 2020 @ 1:14pm
Hiya, this route is a clone of the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Railway, it is modelled if how it could have looked, had the whole line between Ilkley and Skipton had been fully saved.
As far as what has been published onto Steam Workshop, the line currently to be played is Embsay to Addingham, that was phase 1. Phase 2 I'm currently working on is the Addingham to Ilkley Station. Phase 3 will be Embsay to Skipton.
Highball Simulation 30 Jun, 2020 @ 12:38am
Hello. I wanted to ask how much of this route has been developed so far.
davvydo_amer  [author] 17 Apr, 2020 @ 11:33am
Hey there so sorry for the late reply its been a hectic week with work. Thank you for your lovely comment. You do it by clicking on the symbol where it looks like a symbol for a right angle, can't remember the name for it but it makes a load of yellow arrows appear on the track. Add 3 in a row at any distance apart and then click on the middle one and raise it or lower it but very slightly and there you have it some nice bouncy track :P
GWR6029 11 Apr, 2020 @ 6:30am
Lovely route, how exactly did you get the bumps in the track in some places? i know you can set values from like 7.00000 to like 20.00000 to make the locos etc rock a little bit as they go along but i mean in terms of the rails themselves not being perfectly flat and having humps in them. As i'd like to create something like that on my own route.
davvydo_amer  [author] 12 Jan, 2020 @ 10:18am
Route uses track from the North Somerset Route Add on, Scenery is a mixture of Settle and Carlisle, foliage pack, Wear Valley and also North Somerset.
Lucas The Fox 9 Jan, 2020 @ 8:05am
what route reqired for track and what for scenery
davvydo_amer  [author] 1 Jan, 2020 @ 3:05pm
Thank you very much! Phase 2 is under way and apologies for the lagging if there is any around the bolton abbey area, it will be sorted when the route gets updated when the time comes :)
Conr123212 1 Jan, 2020 @ 1:56pm
AMAZING! i live near this route it is so good
:steamhappy:
davvydo_amer  [author] 30 Nov, 2019 @ 12:54pm
best thing to do is to go into a free roam then create a scenario when you're there rather than doing it from your main menu. The co-ordinates bring you to Appleby on the S+C :steamfacepalm:
davidclarke485 30 Nov, 2019 @ 8:13am
what is the lat and longitude for the route i trying to make a persenal use freeroam
davvydo_amer  [author] 25 Oct, 2019 @ 11:48am
Thank you for your lovely comment, I have been worried about that happening and I'll be a fair few tweaks with the scenery before I update the route with Phase 2 added to the route.
notorne 25 Oct, 2019 @ 3:56am
Lovely route, great to run on. Although the scenery does give occasional lag spikes when loading in distant terrain.
