Undiscribe all mods, delete the mod folder C:\Users\Megaport\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\mod, restart Steam, start I:R once without mods and after sub the mods again

did that, its not just your mod though i have few others with the same problem. hoping you might have some tips on how to fix it

Just tested the mod again, for me, it works the right way! May be deinstall, steam newstart and then install again
