The shit's going to get painted and you're going to have no idea what team you're fighting.

So since we already have an item named "Heavy Metal"
How about "The Bull's Hide"?

It adds more team colours than it subtracts…

I think it hides team color too much. Maybe you should add team-colored decals or something

I NEED THIS ARMOR
Knusperfrosch 29 Oct, 2019 @ 8:07pm
Finally some medieval armor for Heavy, to go along with medieval style helmets! The Soldier and Demoman have been hogging all the armors for themselves for far too long! And the armor is custom-fitted to Heavy's long torso and arms, yes, good.

The only problem I see here is that the remaining amount of team colour area is rather small. :-/
Maybe adding some painted coat-of-arms on the armor as part of the texture? There were laquered armors IRL. Putting a team-coloured tabard over the chest plate would solve it, but obscure too much of the metal surface.

if you could add a weapon lets say like a skull cutter or a cannon for the minigun with a slower fire rate but with the mecanics of the loose cannon, it would be pretty good.:steamhappy:

If and/or when the Heavy update comes out, I hope this whole set is added.

It's about time for a medieval heavy cosmetic
lawnmower 7 Oct, 2019 @ 7:48pm
I feel that works

@Fine China, I understand the concern, but the only piece of team colouring that is obscured by this cosmetic is the small amount of red at the front of Heavie's neck.
The rest of the team coloured area is retained. Also the metal is team coloured to be lighter on blu and warmer on red, in order to to aid team recognition.

I could see some players having trouble processing what team someone is on if they were wearing this.

this would be the best because i'm a heavy main an i love medieval things!
