Zatthyma, we recommend using CK3 ruler desinger/portrait editor in POD to make portraits in POD. Its what we use.

Just FYI if you use Better Barbershop, CBO and the patch for them, you can manually change the muscularity of all characters in the Body tab of barbershop. So your 100 prowess vamp can still look like a ballet dancer if that's your preference.

One question, the mod's characters have much better bodies than the player's. Currently, I copy a character's DNA to create mine on top of it. Which mod could I use to make my character look the same?

And congrats on the latest updates, necromancy is much better with the new interface, but I still miss new Thaumaturgy powers, sorcery looks much better.

Hello, so not sure how to categorize this, but I have noticed in the last couple games, that I cannot assign certain characters to court positions, or even champions. Example, I had got both Aconia Messalina and Valentina della Torchia in my court, I could assign Valentina to no court positions or as a champion, Aconia i could do. This is also the case with several of my ghouls as well.

I swear there was this one mod that allowed you to play as a supernatural in the base game start dates if you made a custom character it used this mod as a base, it was called 'veil of darkness' or some such like it had the exact same rule sets but you were the only supernatural am i going mad?

Could you guys loosen up requirements to recommend embrace to your Childe?
Sometimes I want them to embrace their lovers or children for example instead of embracing everyone myself for them.

Saw your presentation/interview for ModCon... Maybe this was just very early on but I'd always just heard this described as "Adds vampires" and had no idea it was such a fantastically indepth World of Darkness (and very much WoD-y "layered on top of actual history"). Really good.

I feel extremely foolish... I have been hunting kingdom and empire tier vampires from day one... when I should have been perusing old but unhanded vampires. rather than taking 12 years to find the emperor of the Sea of shadows. I could use 1 to hunt a distant relative that is 600 years old... so I could have had SO MUCH PIETY AND PRESTIGE and just... haven't been getting it... because I have been hunting hard targets from day 1... also could easily have been getting the traits I need.

I often go negatives. however. good to know there IS a solution. suppose I need to hunt down gold mines and figure out how to go on pilgrimages with a disease covering the entire world that causes 52 danger. pristige for some reason is the only one I don't have a problem with... but Levies mean almost nothing in this mod (they do sit and siege while your useful troops fight fine though) gonna try using the first infusion of cash for pilgrimage. the piety may well help me get out of the hole. Also. I figured out why it was taking forever on the lair thing... I was going after possibly the hardest target in the world. and I could have focused on catch and release for instant lair finds instead.

Inquisitors, as well as most non immortal splats, have buildings that can give lifestyle xp to a point of outpacing even vanilla. That's how you are supposed to build your power base over several generations

I have also now spent 3 lifetimes trying to find the lair of one vampire. I don't neccesarilly think thats bad... excpet that it resets every time I die... so... I will never find this vampire. its impossible... its... become pretty poorly tuned. if you could just keep progress between charecters it would be fine.. but otherwise we have to be able to find them faster if inquisitors are going to be playable.

so I have a bit of a problem. I understand that the exp gain in this mod was greatly reduced for vampires (to prevent them from maxing out other trees) but this didn't used to apply to humans like the inquisition. now it does. my inquisitors can no longer even get a SINGLE TRAIT in an ENTIRE HUMAN LIFETIME! Inquisitor Jehan Huntress of tomorrow of Acer... unable to get a single military trait in an20 years + 70% exp gain (Genius + Brilliant Stratagist) its absurd. I played her from 40 to 67... and nothing nothing at all. and her heir? the one who doesn't have scripted traits? well. they had actually 0 lifestyle traits their entire life... I don't know if this is intentional or something broke... but its basically unplayable like this. Humans can't feed on others to gain EXP.

cool mod, but im playin as a demon and I can't attack or interact with any other ruler, says they're outside my diplomatic range even though their country borders mine.

剑舞者 , thats subjective. We are always striving to make it more interesting. If you have exhausted POD for CK3, there are some other great mods you might want to check out! Maybe check back with us in a few months when we release our update for Paradox's DLC All Under Heaven.

Chough : that interaction didn't work. It bypassed every single check and converted all your vassals. If we can make it work properly, meaning making sure it checks if the vassal would actually accept, then it might come back

Prince of Pain, the only thing changed with the latest version of the mod was a single trigger and the version number.

Check that you are on the latest version of CK3 and the latest version of the mod. Verify your file integrity.

@Karde I'm not talking about individual conversion of faith, but rather an interaction that demands all vassals to convert with a single click.

I think the new Tributary mechanic is a bit broken for immortal characters (vampire, kuei-jin, true fae, mummy, etc.). Vanilla tributaries are designed to be a "for your lifetime" thing. That doesn't mix well with unending lifetimes. I also haven't seen any mechanic for a tributary to break free. Catching the Black Cross empire at a vulnerable moment and making them my tributary, and having that last for centuries without any trouble just didn't feel right.

Chough : I'm not even sure what you are talking about. You can one click convert faith in the faith window as usual. Only exceptions are if you are trying to go from say a vampire faith to a werewolf faith since that would break our scripts

Orangenord : Seems like a major case of wrong installation. Start from scratch and don't use any other mods. Delete everything, unsuscribe, re suscribe etc

I love, love this mod but it has not allowed for seduction to work anymore, graphic error on the convert culture and religion, and the character creation is not working anymore as it defaults to a very large nude woman. Even going back to older versions that worked it is not working as it did.

While vanilla CK adds powerful new gameplay elements with each update, PoD is moving backwards - every patch removes viable strategies for rapid progression. The most baffling part? Even if you're balancing by someway, why remove one-click religion conversion? They're literally deleting convenient player functions. Do you really intend to force players through unprecedented grind, tedious and repetitive operations, and Souls-like difficulty to achieve your ideal mod experience?
