can you make a mod , i need more ammo piles

Seems to crash client reliably when this radar module spots a "prop_static" "coffeeammo.mdl" pile.
Spotted this on Gridlock map (https://cs2bus.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760657091) .
Could something be done to prevent this?..
