Had the council assign error too.
the gui file SwiftUmbra found is redifining a widget wihtout the button to assign.

I found the exact file that causes the council assign issue, it's the PoW_types file in the gui.

Don't know why but this mod cause councilor not assignable, the list is there but there's no Assign button.

I think it's meant to be working such that Champions are quick-swappable, but that doesn't seem to be always the case. Sometimes despite being a Champion in an army the character will still be "located" in their capital and thus require travel. In the following screenshot, observe how Skarbimir is a Champion in the Army (as per the bottom left), but also Located in Płock and thus requires travel. This is in contrast to Strasz. Commanders Assemble really needs a "Commanders Entourage" feature, where you can select which Commanders you'd want to travel in addition to the Primary one, so as to be able to swap them out quickly. Having to wait 2 months for my Siege Commander to waddle over is really not great, nvm the fact that my Combat Commander is now going home! Nevermind the bug that when you split the stack it automatically gets a Commander get teleported to it xD

@Swaglordkiki from looking at Travelers' files, it seems like compat with PoW is baked in it, so probably not, but don't take my word for it

@finallyciv I didn't test it, but had a quick look through their files, and I think they built in compat from the get go

@dosenbrot I tested it on my end, it worked fine. Have you tested with only FF + PoW to see if it could be a compat issue with another mod in your playset ?

Commander Travel is broken for me and can't be disabled either. Commanders basically never arrive. Help!

I suppose you already know that the mod breaks the UI and there is not top bar where prestige, income and other stats are, as well as the top notifications icon is moved far to the left where it gets covered by character UI when it's opened. And its messages open outside of the game screen as if the screen continued to the left.
Probably something else too.

This mod makes the game crash for me, which is a bummer since I really want to use it.

I'm on MacOS, I don't know if that changes anything. Do you have any recommendations? My playset includes RICE, CFP, EPE, their respective compatibility mods, other mostly mechanical mods + the foundational framework, and some minor mods.

Not sure if this is working as intended but I want to make my vassal knight the commander of my army but they always have to travel to take command even though they are listed in my army as a knight. I can only assign knights who are not vassals as commanders from the knights listed in the army. I'd understand if my vassal was nit already I the army they would have to travel to take command but it doesn't make much sense when they are already serving as a knight in the army I want them too command. Also it says they will take 928 days no matter what.

I think I have a similar problem as RVFVS
The gathering commanders part of the mod works, but turning off the mechanic that prevents teleporting commanders does not --> no fast travel for you

@RVFVS no idea, but I plan on taking a look at outstanding issues in PoW ahead of the release of Roads to Power. Hopefully I can nail down a bunch of bugs and fix them by then.

For whatever reason the gather commanders part of this mod isn’t working at all. I’ve tried everything but it won’t work. Any help?

This messes with the the Banish (send to wall/Nights Watch) option when playing with the AGOT mod. Instead of sending certain people to the wall when you banish them, they all just go to the same court outside of your realm. Is there a compatch available or could you guys look into making this compatible? Its a great mod.

All my potential commanders have 800+ days to travel to get to my army even though it's one county away... I don't understand why.

This mod is making it so that I'm no longer able to change commanders, PERIOD. Yes, even when the commander I want is present, I can't choose them. Sooooo I'm disabling this.
