Is it normal that my game crashes upon clicking the new game button after the update? (Only invictus is running)

Does this mod change the end time of the original game? I think the original game is too short

you can sometimes get those agendas completed via event if you are willing to do them (for ones relating to laws you don't lose support if done via event), but yes you will have to fulfill there agendas manually from time to time

How do you handle the support of the senate when playing as a republic? It seems to always decrease and the only way to increase it, is fullfiling the agendas,which often involves laws, that also decrease support from other factions. Any tips here?

I like the new update

was play a gaulic italian and wanted to deify my rulers so worked my way down the tech tree to the dictatorship civil war.but after getting to the civil war i was tired so i saved the game and came back to it the next day.but having come back the borders of the civil war were completly different and i was back to being a republic while still having to fight the civil war. save was in ironman with no other mods on the current version.

Just checked it was updated very recently so not INR the problem

Thanks for your response, Issue seems to be with compatibily since the latest invictus update. Mods i ran together with yours for years (culture conflation, reworked unit models, antagonist nations, INR, FMO etc. all seem to be blocking the proper functioning of the game now.

Some mod in the recommended list is no longer updated for years. We cannot tests all mods but in general mod compatible With us this is written in the mod description or the mod name include Invictus

First of all, thanks for all the hard work. Is it possible to make a list of compatible mods since the new update? I can't get any other mods to function with this version, not even the ones you list in your recommended modpack. Thank you!

Just to confirm that now the Arvernian Grove part of the mission can be completed since Arvernus is now among the deities that can be chosen, thanks ! However, it seems that the last part of the mission is broken because it states that you have to form the kingdom of Arvernia, but in my case, I already formed Gaul, so I'm stucked there.... Thanks anyways !

With the latest update on the Paphlagonian tree, one of the tasks requires Zoaka to have a mine, yet it has vegetables. I think this was a mistake as there is another task in the same tree to add a farm to it. Please fix. Thanks!

@RAGE darky Try disabling other mods, if none of your other mods are the issue. You can try switching language to English.

I've got weird names for some countries in Asia Minor and Spain (like MIT, CAP and so). Seems like that for some reason 3-digit placeholders are shown to me instead of proper country names. How may I fix this?
Also there is a typo in Cappadocia's heritage description, in of of the lines it's named Capapdocia :)

Hi @Andegan I came here to ask exactly the same thing ! I managed to form the Kingdom of the Averni and then Gaul, but I'm stucked in the mission too cause there is no Arvernus deity. Have you found how to do it ? Or is it a bug then ?

Im sorry but i need help with something, i have problems with the unit graphics of Sparta, i dont know why but its only showing the generic soldier even after just having the mod of invictus and i dont know why, please if u guys know whats going down :C

I cannot complete the Arvernian mission to dedicate a grove to Arvernus, because there is no Arvernus anywhere in the Gallic pantheon, which he must be in to finish the mission. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

@etihwsac I use the council at game start to get claims on Byzantine Europa. Then I invade immediately. This avoids the antigonid alliance. But only if your council selects Byzantion as a valid invasion zone lo../

if as the Seleucid's you form the indo-Greeks. does it prevent you from forming Alexander's empire?, the invictus part of the wiki hasn't been updated in around 2 years (just curious if you can, and also if it would be a viable choice)

man my save game always crashed for some unknown reason sad already controlled sardinia and syracuse as gymnesia/baeleric. only naval dominance, can my save be saved????

Oh, Invictus started the new game without two submods but it still refuse to start new game with them

After the night this bag has disappeared. I have no clue why

I have also one submod for units et another one for gregorian dates. Vanilla runs without this problem, I can start new game easily. Invictus can also even load saved games (I have already played several campaigns). But Invictus was incapable de generate new game. I have deleted all files from folder and reinstall the game and the mode but it didn't help immediately. This bug started after 6-7 tries for Thrace, probably it was too much for that day for the mode

@your daddy do you have other mods installed?. i found that just having more mods installed (regardless of if they are being used) contributes to the lag (and may mess with the odds of the game crashing). it also could be do to a lack of patience for the game loading (it might sometimes take longer than you want to load, but unless it crashes it is still trying to run/load which means it could eventually finish loading). any other suggestions i could give are perhaps your PC isn't able to handle the mod (which would be odd, because my laptop can run the game with this mod), though i am no tech/game/program expert so idk how much my opinion will help

Hello, I can't start a new game. Everything stops uploading when the world is generated for 100% and it's impossible to see the map

@Karma Chamelion i have a different issue. in most Thrace games i want to annex Byzantion the second i am able (they hold certain resources that owning will ensure you get a surplus of), but my issue is that they almost always ally the antigonids before i can do anything to them, and because of this they usually get annexed by Macedon before i am ready to fight the antigonids

Does someone have a link to a guide to legions and army comp in Invictus? It seems to work differently from vanilla balance wise as my usual vanilla legion comp doesn't work well. And I need to start using Legions again.

crashed game

Hey team, may I ask. What's the reasoning behind giving Byzantion one of the prior provinces of Astakos? I noticed as I almost always play as Thrace. My first move being to eliminate Byzantion as I make Byzantion my new capital city later on, but it wasn't as easy this time, as I had to trek troops over to Astakos. Totally fine, but unexpected. Or is this a me issue, maybe I've tampered a game file, without realizing.

@Anbeeld I almost always play as Bructeria, a German tribe. I started my same wars as usual against my neighbours and could clearly notice they utilized mercs better. I was facing more merc armies than usual. Wouldn't have won without uprooting almost my entire population (13 pops) to serve as migratory light infantry. If you guys can ever fix the need to reorganize migratory armies to prevent losing the units due to auto consilidation at each monthly tick, that would be a huge QOL improvement. The work of the Invictus team is as always amazing and does such a a service to helping players understand more of the historical context of the people's on the map.
