If people don't like that it reuses assets I'd just make a higher res texture for this effect.

the centremost effect uses the particle shared by community sparkle (sparkle02), and the outer rings use the other sparkle effect (sparkle). a glow is also used to partially obscure the core of the effect

many different effects use the sparkle effects in them, and the entire centrepiece of this was intended to be the way I used the effects, not the effects themselves
