This is genuinely the only towering cosmetic that I actually like honestly since it fits with the tf2 artstyle, I wouldn't mind this being added, hell I'd even wear it in-game

it's simply a case of most people liking to use their hats on multiple classes. it's ok to only use it on soldier if you so wish, making a jiggleboned hat for all classes is a fun little challenge in itself so I figured why not
