Might be troublesome to impliment, but if the head could the that of the class the user most recently killed? Or the head of the viewer's class? Then it might seriously be taunting. A lot of taunts lately don't really get your blood boiling on the killcam the way I think a taunt should.

I agree with McCheesemaker down there, it'd be fun to be roast people as both the medic and spy at once. Regardless, this is a neat and well-animated taunt.

I like the idea but I'll do you one better: Imagine if the medic asked "VOULD YOU LIKE A SECOND OPINION?", pulled out the spy head, and he said "YOU SUCK!" and then they both started laughing
I feel like that would make it more of an actual taunt instead of just an emote type thing.

I swear I saw a cosmetic that was a spy head floating around the medic, not to mention the expression of the medic were the opposite of the spy's, if medic was happy, he was sad, vice versa and etc.
