How to fix problems with "Oh, fiddlesticks! What now?" or ERROR models:
1. Download the custom content.
2. Go into the custom content ZIP.
3. Copy the portal2_dlc3 folder.(Ctrl+C)
4. Go to your Portal 2 installation folder. (NOT Portal 2/portal2, instead you want the Portal 2 folder)
5. Paste the portal2_dlc3 folder. (Ctrl+V)
6. Make sure you're subscribed to Project Capture Legacy Part 3 unless you want to make Hammer maps for Project Capture with the custom content.
7. Enjoy.

I fixed it by copying the portal2_dlc3 folder from the ZIP file and pasting it into the Portal 2 directory.

When I spawn in I get the stuff (yes I have the custom content), but then the camera becomes an ERROR model and Kleiner goes "Oh, fiddlesticks! What now?". I think it's because I don't have the custom entities.

Very much enjoyed, i do like some of the new content, are captions not implemented yet or is it just me? i did have some trouble understanding The announcer at times.

@Cattly, you need to read the instructions a bit more carefully. Click the "The custom content" at the top of the description, download it, extract it (download 7-zip if you don't already have it) and... I don't know how to simplify the rest of this, but just extract the "Portal2_dlc3" folder into the Portal 2 game folder (Not the one in the game, the one that shows up when you go to browse local files.)

idk what i did wrong i followed the instructions but i am still missing some files apperantly

А можно без всяких инструкций просто у меня ошибки, норм как раньше, без дополнительного контента на сайтах, норм добавить и всё

Okay forget what I said it works now, but what the hell do I DO? I have a camera, I went through like, some kind of gate with white lazers or something going across it, I appear to pick up a cube with the camera, that's about as far as I got because then something came up with a button or something saying "unsighned"

I'd like to play theese maps, I did everything you said, but after putting the "portal2_dlc3" folder into the "Portal 2" folder, now Portal 2 just sits at the main loading screen and doesn't get any further, I can't even get to the game's menu because it doesn't even get that far! It's been sitting at the main loading screen for over an hour now and nothings happened.
