Head replacement cosmetics are good but it's very hard to make original loadout with them and a loadout most of the time would like it more if it was a misc.

I do definitely get it in some cases, such as the Alcoholic Automaton which literally just turns the demo into a robot for seemingly no reason, but this one looks like it could be a cool helmet / suit that the soldier is wearing and it also comes along with a nice vest that looks good while making sense outside of scream fortress. Not sure how Valve works, so the vest might just end up being halloween restricted as well, but I hope it's not if the set is added.
