Sadly, the Ancillaries mod could end up bugging and breaking stuff so is now off the modlist, thanks to Lord of Liberty for taking the time and efford to check this collection and assess about possible error breaches.

New JSON ready to go.

Forgot to replace c3rd FMO version with the regular version, it should be fixed now.
Solarak  [author] 20 Jul @ 7:36pm
Right now last updates made something to the collection, I would advice disabling c3rd and submods until is solved or just wait a couple of days so all updates are addressed.

@Talii Thanks mate.

Reanimata's author checked INR and it should be loaded after his mod so I'm rearranging that now. Remember that once you're commited to a game you shouldn't touch anything on the modlist, if you have an important save already don't update it or it will probably corrupt the savefile.

Seems to be working for me, at least the game is loading and isn't crashing. Seems to be one of the few collections that are working atm, so appreciate it!
Solarak  [author] 20 Jul @ 2:16am
Deleted a couple more of deprecated/redundant mods.
I'm not done testing but so far looks like all is working as intended.
I will upload a new JSON, let me know if you find any issue and I will look into it.
Solarak  [author] 19 Jul @ 3:56pm
More Idea Slots is now deprecated and isn't compatible with Reanimata anymore.

Still testing more stuff.
Solarak  [author] 19 Jul @ 2:54pm
Reanimata has updated, but according to the discord there'll probably be some hotfixes shortly.

I'm testing the collection tho. Seems random characters are getting the olympic victor trait, will post any further issue in the description and let you know here.

Until Reanimata is fully released I can't fix it, it should be fine deactivating it with its submods but since release will be soon I would advice just waiting for it. I will tune up the modlist then.

hmm decided to try it out now that the new version was uploaded to steam workshop for reanimata, able to load into main menu but crashing when trying to start a new game .
Solarak  [author] 19 Jul @ 12:48pm
Hi, you can test the new Reanimata version downloading from the Discord.
According to the author the update is due in a couple of days.
I'll test the collection then.

Right now Reanimata is NOT updated for the newest Invictus patch, so I recommend turning it off for now.
Solarak  [author] 9 Jul @ 3:53pm
Hi, doesn't sound right, I didn't find anything wrong with the current mod versions so maybe try without additional mods(Music should be alright but I would recommend just using youtube at this point, since it can increase loadtimes). Mind that Reanimata allows creating custom mercenaries from scratch, that maybe are regular mercenaries but the name was messed for some reason, and check that nothing you add could interact with Invictus/Reanimata since it will cause weird behaviours.

Hi Solarak,

sorry to bother you with that but i dunno if it's a bug/something related to the mods mix.
Playing as Goutia/Scandia with your collection + Bad Omens + music and border/forts mods.
I declared war on Aestia + Helveconia and the latter one recruited/spammed like five mercenary armies (without the leader's name first, in the description pop-up on map, just a generic "Mercenary Army") is that intended?
Thank you for this collection it is really improving my gaming experience!

Removed FMO as its no longer required and mostly integrated into Reanimata.
Added JSON.

Enjoy.

Thanks for the detailed reply. I've only recently bought the game so I will take your advice regarding the recommended mods. I'll keep the map icons and leave the rest.
Solarak  [author] 26 Jan @ 7:25pm
Forgot to mention, if you wanna test the collection with those I would put Natus and Army on the top, Virtual Limes below Invictus and Realistic Tribes shouldn't give any problem but would keep on top of Reanimata.
However mind that altering the load order or adding/disabling any mod will probably corrupt any save games, test it before playing a long run =)

I will wait for some updates before adding anything else, having in mind that most tribal players will swap gov and the rest that want to remain tribals will probably get the Scythian tribal gov, btw, since you can swap primary culture you can try different interesting combinations of tag start/swap(Scythians into Baltic-Slavs, Tuistics into Sakian Parthia, Vandals or Suebians into Turdetanian Iberia...) that relies on forced gov reform too.

Have fun!
Solarak  [author] 26 Jan @ 4:35pm
Tribes are dissapointing and have been criticized as just a step to form another gov, and nothing in this collection adresses this yet; TI devs have stated that they're developing some new concepts for tribes so I'm kinda waiting to see what comes out, and I guess Invictus will see some of this changes too. I haven't play tribes for a long time so lemme know how it goes with Realistic Tribes ;) However unless specifically playing tribes I wouldn't add more workload to the modlist since there are so many reports of game struggling to run.

Hi, thanks! Glad you're enjoying it!

I didn't put any more graphical mods than Reanimata to keep the compatibility as wide as possible, but feel free to use any you like. Have been out of graphical mods since 2.0 Better UI introduced weird bugs in some modlists involving Invictus and TI, so I would recommend trying the collection before adding them just to make sure everything is like it should(I remember having problems messing with some FMO mechanics with many menial mods some years ago) and on top of the modlist.

Army encirclement and Virtual Limes can reduce the difficulty for the experienced player significantly, hence I would only recommend it if you struggle to keep afloat in long runs or want an overall more passive game(Meaning you don't want to rush wars to defuse Rome snowballing). I'm not against them but personally they don't feel like a must have.
Koshu 26 Jan @ 3:26pm
Nice collection, been enjoying it so far. I was previously playing with some other mods and I wanted to know if you think it'd be compatible with your current setup. I'll list them below:

- Natus Vincere - Map Icons (Banner Edition)
- Army encirclement
- Virtual Limes (Invictus)
- Realistic Tribes
Solarak  [author] 13 Jan @ 12:28am
Cleared up one redundant mod, added 2.0 Education Wonder Improved.

So far collection seems stable, no issues or crashes.
Solarak  [author] 8 Jan @ 12:20am
Reworked and Updated.

Added Reanimata and deleted Bigger Gov. and a couple more mods that were not compatible anymore.
Solarak  [author] 14 Aug, 2024 @ 3:21pm
It has stopped working since 2.0.4 went out of the beta branch, I'll dig into it next Invictus patch since several sub-mods are now being updated.
