Optimization update
Due to how B41 and B42 handle their assets the initial update to B42 called for having a copy of textures per build. This obviously doubled the mod's file size, but I realized GameNight can load assets from B42's files in B41 if done correctly.

Original file size: 238.937 MB -> 121.516 MB

You may need to delete the installation folder for this mod and let Steam redownload if you notice the directory size is still too large.

had an issue pop up earlier maybe im just missing something but when i picked up a coin, dice and damage markers, and a pack of cards all but the pack of cards just disappeared from my inventory

You could also make a Posters module that lets us somehow find or produce wall-decirations (or maybe even floor/table things like playmats) from the various art assets you already used.

Would there be any possible way to add collection binders for the various card sets? (I imgaine not) Though I guess one could just use a flipped "deck" containing the desired cards and manually arranged. It would also be nice to be able to change the textures for the boxes, I've been dumping spare Uno, Dominos, and Poker sets and repurposing their boxes as spare card collection boxes to help keep things sorted and authentic.

Fixed issues with some cards' IDs being incorrect. The cards that have no icons are most likely permanently glitched.

apologies, i just got back to the PC today, and thank you for the fix. and i believe it was the examination window zoomed in, getting stuck on screen with the broken cards only.

Fixed issue with 2-Player Base-2 Starterkits. This will fix currently sealed kits from bugging-out, it will not fix older cards that are currently bugged. Unfortunately those will remain broken due to their internal ID being set wrong.

I think I see the issue - based on the Machamp, I looked at the IDs for Base2 2-Player Starterkit, and they're set to the wrong card set. Those cards are meant for Base 2.

That is interesting, haven't seen an issue like this before. If you draw all the cards out, what happens? Can you tell which card(s) are broken? The Search UI may not be accurate if there's a single card throwing off the list.

fresh save and yes for ingame screenshot. I also found how to reproduce the overlay. Taking the broken card by drawing it, unequipping it, and then flipping it in your inventory to pop up its overlay, then putting it back in the deck makes it get stuck on the top left of the screen.

I could try to provide a log however, i have no easy way to share it and given im hosting the server the log I do have, is well over 70 thousand lines currently. there also was no error ingame that popped up, and a reload of the server the same cards are still broken - Meowth, Goldeen, Pokeball, Seaking (all of them base versions)

so, in multiplayer opened up a starter pack, went to interact with a card that was for some reason blank. its now stuck on my screen as the cardback version. meowth was one of the cards doing this that i could see in the deck. not sure which ones stuck on screen though,

But, you'd just need to change the modID in the files it can be as simple as adding GER to the end.

The best steps would be a bit more involved, you'd need to remove anything that's not an image or word you want to replace. Leave any images/text files exactly where they are and named the same - the game will overwrite files like this. (I'm only 25% sure about images, I know for sure it does this with code as it can cause issues if files are named something simple)

You'd also need to add this mod to its required mods in the mod.info file, the same place you can change the modID.

The downside to this is that German players would need both mods, and thus more images - but not images for every language if others join in.

yes, adding is not useful because of the file sizes.

I am now trying to replace the “Gym Packs” with another set that is available in German. I think that's the easiest way for someone without mod knowledge.

Unfortunately I don't know how to make an addon. Is there a simple instruction? if not, I can send the german image files around. maybe there is someone else who can do it.

I would be happy to include them, but being their images the bloat to support languages would be crazy - if you'd like you can make an alternate Add-On. 👍

I have replaced all Pokemon cards with the German version.
Unfortunately, the Gym Sets are not available in German.
Then I just wanted to swap the cards for another set that is available in German.
But then there will probably be problems with the names in the game and the drop chance rarity? It would probably be easier to remove the two Gym sets, wouldn't it?

I also wanted to ask if you would like to have the German version to be able to offer it here?

There is no game board at the moment, someone designed one I still need to include into the loot.

The cards are found in booster packs and starter kits in stores (and more rarely in schools/bedrooms/etc) - and as opened decks in schools/bedrooms/etc.

@Ugyek, equipping cards brings up a hand UI if you have a game play window open.
Otherwise you can also use the searchUI on a deck.

Cards can be dragged and dropped onto each other either in the game window or in inventory to merge.

First of all, this is an amazing mod, we can actually play TGC on PZ!!
I have a few questions tho, is it possible to set your hand to be visible only by you? Is the board obtainable? And lastly, is there a more efficient way to merge cards? (im currently doing it one by one but perhaps theres a way or key that already does that)
