That's the thing though, 3 years in a row Valve has added things that clearly should be Halloween Restricted but don't, such as the Wandering Wraith or this years Demo Detonator half-blown up face. If they add this, you can confidently know that they WONT Halloween Restrict it.
If valve still curated what should be restricted, i would gladly vote for this, and people who create workshop items have no control or say what should be restricted, that's ultimately up to volvo.
Did we just win
-Does this look like a disguise? no
-Does this fit the class it was choosen for? no
-Is is a trowback to any internal or external media that involves tf2 like the sfm shorts or the comics? no
-Does it fit the heavily stylized art direction? no
-Is it appropriate for the game? debattable
Conclusion: It's another unfortunate pass
why do people like this so much
Just because YOU like it, doesn’t mean it should be in game. The cosmetics that deserve to be put into Team Fortress 2, are the ones that follow the games core principles. If you don’t know what they are, you have the internet to tell you. Do some fucking research.
Yall act like this was the first time yall seen a animal head replacement like there wasnt alredy a bunch in the game alredy a literally no one gived as much as a damn as yall do now apparently.
Now its all "this doesnt fit the character" this, "this doesnt fit tf2" that, well what the hell do yall know anyway? What the hell is up now that not the single ounce of eccentricity on cosmetics is allowed?
I let yall know that a full fricking set of bird heads have been in the game for years as well as other goofy cosmetics as literally everyone was fine with those until recently, cause news flash: lots of more grounded hats still get added, yall are not gonna fricking die if a bit o balance between regular and exccentric cosmetics is kept, tehres lots of people that want that too.
That being said: cool cosmetic, reminds me of Lackadaisy, great job.
