That's the thing though, 3 years in a row Valve has added things that clearly should be Halloween Restricted but don't, such as the Wandering Wraith or this years Demo Detonator half-blown up face. If they add this, you can confidently know that they WONT Halloween Restrict it.

If valve still curated what should be restricted, i would gladly vote for this, and people who create workshop items have no control or say what should be restricted, that's ultimately up to volvo.

We all know how it's gonna end. Anyone unboxing it will straight up sell it for 1 cent and this cosmetic will be forgotten about since no one is actually gonna wear nor buy this. The whole point of Halloween is to have actual disguises that fits what the character actually likes.

-Is is a trowback to any internal or external media that involves tf2 like the sfm shorts or the comics? no

The bird heads at least has that tf2 style to them. This is literally a semi uncanny realistic cat head on the spy. Look at the promo images. It doesn’t even take 2 seconds to understand why this shouldn’t be in the game. It looks like it’s from another game.

Just because YOU like it, doesn’t mean it should be in game. The cosmetics that deserve to be put into Team Fortress 2, are the ones that follow the games core principles. If you don’t know what they are, you have the internet to tell you. Do some fucking research.
