If you don't mind a suggestion, you know the tech "temporary office," right? I think as part of this mod, if that tech is resarched, then the tyranny reduction is even greater

I really hope that someone will create mod, that adds possibility to recruit more legions per region or even better, to separate legion's recruitment from regions...
Something easy, just calculate all accepted POP and add it to the pool and recruit legions from that.
You seems like great candidate for that.

Thank you for this great mod! You are slowly fixing every problem I had with this game. All of your mods are essential at least to me. I hope you keep up the good work!
