Reset Tyranny On Ruler Change

Description
Tracks Tyranny separately for each political party

For Imperator 2.0.*. Compatible with everything.

NB: This mod has been merged into Micro QoL Changes.
You can still use this one, but it won't be updated anymore.

Tyranny in Republics is a consequence of the ruler acting without the Senate's approval.
Therefore it shouldn't remain unaffected when a different party comes to power.

This mod tracks Tyranny separately for each party in a Republic. When a different party comes to power, Tyranny is recalculated as the average of the outgoing and incoming party's Tyranny levels. For example, if a party leaves power with a Tyranny level of 10 and the new ruling party had a saved Tyranny level of 5, the Tyranny is set to 7.5. Additionally, the saved Tyranny of non-ruling parties has a decay of 0.75 per year (1.25 with the "Temporary Offices" invention), gradually reducing the weight of their past actions when they return to power.

Finally, this mod halves the penalty when vetoing a law (-50 senate approval reduced to -25).

@The Grimwar Well I'm late but it's only for Republics.

Hmmm, that's a good question.

does this work for a monarchy or just republics?

I genuinely hope this submod becomes a part of Invictus itself, it's just so good!

@The Grimwar Done.

@Landstander Sorry to disappoint but I'm not really interested in bloodlines. But I could swear a mod does that already. FMO maybe? Your link is broken btw :'(

Oho ho YES! This mod has been needed for so so long!

If you don't mind a suggestion, you know the tech "temporary office," right? I think as part of this mod, if that tech is resarched, then the tyranny reduction is even greater

This fixes one of the many non-sense mechanics of this game. Thank you.

@OctopusLacitus
Thanks but I'm afraid that's not possible...
