Whole set here just isn't doing it for me. The shirt has a very odd smudgy and almost blurry texture that doesn't look very good. The pants are also very chunky and have a weird silky sheen that I am not a fan of, also the light style on it especially looks bad since the pants are normally dark so it's out of place.
The hat is serviceable at least, just basic. I'd prefer there to be no hat since there's more than enough top hats in the game already, then it'd just be the stogie+facial hair.

I love all of it, but here is a problem, the coat looks a lot like the Heat of Winter cosmetic for medic and the Underminer's Overcoat for engi had a child, it's a bit bizarre. But works. I'd suggest that maybe you remove two of the buttons on the jacket, and replace it with a medical bag, a unique one that would fit the gentleman appeal you are going for. Amazing Cosmetic set though
