If you insist on using Hammer, don't export. It's better to create from scratch 99% of the time. Here's a guide for aid:

No full compile. Hammer used without rhyme or reason. It's obvious you exported from the in-game editor. Before export, you could have disabled rail oscillation for the railed platform for the one cube in that room. Also didn't need those piston platforms.
