Great idea and execution, it's original due to the strange Physics usage, but still layout is very simple (beside Physics you can't tell this is an Hammer map) and the flow it's a bit stiff since it's more about walking then solving puzzle.
Could be interesting if you use this entities in addiction jumps and gels ;).
