I knew the lift wasn't an obligation, but this render the puzzle more tricky, so i kept it
Thanks for playing !
btw, your skybox area is portalable; not sure if this is intentional or not, but this is what I used to solve the puzzle. I also didn't really need the lift in the second puzzle, but I'm guessing it's there for continuity's sake.
BTW is that music from a 2D machines game? (forgot it's name)

GOG.com has the old games available through DRM-free digital distribution. I wished Steam had the same.
1- This is a normal portal2 glitch, so i have put my own custom cube dropper (destroy the cube before respawn it) to avoid this problem
2- Yes you're right, to gain space, i used Damagepy's advices and replace .wav by .mp3, but i was wrong with logic_relay. Corrected now
3- The excursion funnel has a player_clip (block only player), when the ball is inside this brush and when you are teleporting, you're stuck into this brush. I replaced it by block_bullet (block all)
4-You found an alternative way i knew; i prefer to leave this star button because your way can be hard for lots of players
I thank you for this playtest, it makes me very happy that you enjoyed !
Currently I am working on several concepts (3), so I'll do another map with "cube of teleportation", but later. I already have an idea of how to use it otherwise :)
1. Not sure if it was for everyone, or just my game, but sometimes in the advanced testing chamber I would get two cubes, instead of one, from the button near the door.
2. Once or twice the music for both tests have restarted in the middle of the song. Again, I'm not sure if it's just me or others have this problem.
3. The excursion funnel, in the advanced chamber, glitches my character some times. If i have the teleportaion ball in the funnel and the ball is touching the base of the funnel, resting, then I teleport. I get stuck in the machine generating the funnel leaving me stuck. In this state I ca not jump or crouch leaving me motionless. This has happened to me three times, and on the third time I learned I could type 'Kill' in the console command and I could restart the test, not having to restart the whole level making me replay the first chamber.
1. I pressed crouch and jump too soon before the ball/cube came out and I was stuck in the object tube.
2. I have completed the Advanced Test, but when I walked up to the exit, it wouldn't let me through. I have completed it twice and still haven't been let through as if the door was still shut.
As I have stated before, this is a really good game concept and I would be thrilled if it were to be a full game based around this. Hope this helped with the bugs. Good Luck with your future projects!
This is the application I use to publish my map(s) or if I need to update them. P2map_publish https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/P2map_publish
If you made the correction/patch to your map already and build the new bsp. Open p2map publishing tool then click cube of teleportation and click the edit tab to find the new patched bsp. You wont lose your comments. After the map has been updated you will see 2 change note (view) on this page instead of it showing 1.
"all my maps are medium/difficult simply because i can't imagine many hours spent on design, creating new instances ect to have maps you can solve in 2 minutes." Very well said!
Onto your map.
I finished the first test teleporting me and the cube simultaneously. Very unorthodox and interesting puzzle, it definitely had me confused for sometime.
Also nice work with the map designed and skybox.
You already know about the music not turning off pressing the off button, but I did encountered one thing that may interest you. If the cube is destroyed and the 3 second countdown begins and the player quickly crouch/space, they will find themselves trap inside the cube dropper with no getting out. I had to load my save point to start again! If you don't know about it, check it out and get back to me.
For the difficulty, all my maps are medium/difficult simply because i can't imagine many hours spent on design, creating new instances ect to have maps you can solve in 2 minutes.
