@TS_Mind_Swept - Thank a lot for the video, we've come full circle now lol. Now I see about the whole lack of rails/autosave thing. I did a lot of playtesting to determine the kind of jump it would make but I didn't consider that scenario. I'm glad you enjoyed! I'd made this puzzle a long time ago for someone but didn't release it, so it was nice to revisit and rework it. There was originally supposed to be two puzzles, and the elevator at the end was meant to send you down to the next one, but I decided to cut it and just have it go up instead. Thanks for the video and playing!
Yours starts at about 1:46:09. Sorry it's a bit loud, I'm not sure how to alter that (I've lowered it on OBS several times and it still seems to be an issue <<shrug>>), just be sure not to have your volume on max when you start the video, that way you aren't blown away. ;p

@domomess - Portal 2 Authoring Tools (Hammer). You can find it under Library > Tools. There are loads of resources on the internet to help you get started/set up. Good luck!

sorry when I annoys you, but please don't misunderstand me ...I actually like your map, thats the reason why I spent much time on it to find more things and alternate ways.
At first I thought I found a new and better alternate route to solve it by using only 3 portals, but the ceiling, where the blue gel dropper is, is 1 voxel too high for that. ^^ ...what else.

@zedxenon - Oops, that's not good. I think maybe adding a wall would remove the open-ended-ness feel to the chamber, so I think I'll move the autosave so that it triggers when you land on the platform for sure. I had a similar problem in Portal Stories: Mel actually, so I know what you mean.
@RectorRocks - Thanks for your time and the video. I know what you mean about the emptiness... I don't think I'll add any extra detail for now, but I'll keep it in mind for future underground maps. As for the lasers, I guess this is all non-canon :P Maybe I'll have to find an old laser model in the future so it's inkeeping with the theme though.

@ iron0golem Portal 2 Authoring Tools, which you can find under Library > Tools. There are loads of really good resources out there on creating your first custom map. If you're completely new to custom mapping check out BEEMOD which I think you can just Google for. It's a modded version of the in-game map editor which is a good starting point. Good luck :)
